Book Clubs for Businesses & Organizations

Whether you’re a start-up or an established brand, I’ll help you define (or redefine) your culture and communication. A great place to help build that culture and communication is through a company-wide book club.

You have business mentors, leaders, boards, and employees with stakes in the success of your company. As the saying goes, culture eats strategy for breakfast. If you want to hire and retain top talent and have the money roll in naturally, you need the right environment. No two company cultures are the same, but with common themes of empathy, service, and communication, I work with you to enable your culture into one that keeps employees and customers happy. Books and book clubs are a scalable, inexpensive way to establish, maintain, and expand company culture and values.

Culture

Book clubs bring people together whether you’re a fully remote, hybrid, or onsite company.

We can help establish, improve, or maintain a great culture for your employees through nonfiction and fiction books.

Communication

It’s easy to have policies, playbooks, and procedures in place - but that’s not all your company is.

Book clubs allow freedom to interpret, discuss, and share differing opinions on the text in a low-stakes environment, which helps establish strong foundations amongst employees for higher-stakes conversations.

Creation

Creativity is a key part of employee happiness. Few people want to feel like worker bees.

When you infuse creativity into your workplace, you’ll have happier employees, reduced turnover, and higher sales.

Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.

- Otto von Bismarck

Imagine doing what you love. Your colleagues love coming to work. You trust everyone in your organization to get their work done. You don’t micromanage with timesheets or tracking software. You feel calm, even excited for the day ahead – even on a Monday.

This vision is attainable. It’s yours for the taking.

By partnering with me, you’re choosing to be proactive about your company’s future. I’ll help you eliminate inefficiencies, celebrate internal successes, and create a culture where sales are a byproduct of building a great place to work. All through the power of a book club.

Gone are the days of cliques, back-channelling, and quiet-quitting. Through establishing a company book club and providing the frame work for improvement, growth, and psycholgical safety, you will create the environment that resonates with your employees to attract and retain top-talent, giving you the edge over your competition.

Who Am I?

I started my self-discovery quest in 2002. As an introvert and homebody, I found my way through many of my major life decisions through reading and learning via books. I have a knack for creating a space where coworkers feel free to express themselves openly and honestly. I use my voice to share and solve problems by adapting and internalizing wisdom from books. My coaching journey began in 2010 and I’m excited to share it to make your company better.

Are you interested in working with me? Here’s how to get started.

Step 1. Schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consult. You can do that right here.

Step 2. Watch your email for questions from me. Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.

Step 3. Hit “reply” to that email and answer the questions.

Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re a great fit before you commit to any future programs.

Step 5. We get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you choose not to work with me or if we aren’t a fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need. Have questions? Email me.
